My name is pronounced as Mo-m-bee. It's a Kikuyu name that means 'The creator' which originates from the first Kikuyu woman.
I was born and raised in Kenya for the first 10 years of my life and then settled in Hertfordshire, UK, where I'm still based.
My process involves ideating on paper to put my thoughts and ideas down quickly and then I translate the chosen sketches on my iPad. Everything is drawn on Procreate. AI is never used at any point during my process.
